Today, as we hold blessed palms in our hands and remember the triumphant entry of Jesus into Jerusalem, we are reminded that every journey of faith begins with hope—even when it leads to the Cross.

Palm Sunday is not just a celebration of waving branches; it is a call to walk with Christ—to journey with Him not only in glory, but especially through suffering, sacrifice, and love for others.

As we live this sacred day during the Jubilee Year and in the spirit of Lakbay, Dasal, at Pag-asa, let us reflect:

Lakbay – Like Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem, we too are called to a pilgrimage. Not just of feet, but of heart. A journey toward justice, truth, and compassion for the poor and brokenhearted in our land.

Dasal – Our palms are signs of praise, but they are also invitations to pray. Prayer gives us strength to face the crosses of our people—corruption, poverty, and indifference. Let us pray not only with words, but with our lives.

Pag-asa – Even as we face the darkness of our times, Palm Sunday reminds us: Hope rides humbly, but powerfully. The same Christ who enters with humility will rise in glory. May our hope for a better Philippines rise with Him.

This Holy Week, let us not remain spectators holding palms. Let us become pilgrims of hope, walking with the Lord and our fellow Filipinos toward the renewal of our nation.

🙏 Hosanna sa Anak ni David!

🌱 Sa ating paglalakbay, kasama natin si Kristo. Sama-sama tayong lalakad patungo sa bagong bukas.
